Urban Planning and Development
In 2022, the Izola Municipal Council adopted a new spatial plan which earmarks this land for mixed urban, residential, and hotel use.
Final construction depends on the adoption of a detailed spatial plan (OPPN).
Currently, the land is used as a parking lot and is available for purchase either directly or via the ownership of the project company Argolina d.o.o..
