The Villa Konavle project consists of two semi-detached and four detached villas with swimming pools. The villas are designed according to traditional Konavle architecture and Mediterranean style, while the interior and exterior design is guided by the wishes and requirements of a modern European buyer.

The houses are designed for living and include a basement. If a new buyer (investor) does not want basements (for tourism use), the houses can be redesigned and permits modified without constructing basements. In this case, the complex features are as follows:

  • Land plot of 850 m² is currently green zone and undergoing conversion to building zone. It can also be used as a shared space for all villas (e.g., playground, park, outdoor gym, etc.).

The project follows traditional architectural style combined with modern living requirements and is located close to Dubrovnik Airport and the Adriatic Highway. The nearby town of Cavtat is less than 7 km away. The area Konavle is fertile and scenic, extending from northwest to southeast, bordered by hills and the sea.
