1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: “Terms”) govern the rights and obligations between Consulting.com.hr (hereinafter: “Seller”) and the service users (hereinafter: “Buyer”) provided through the Seller’s website. Consulting.com.hr in its work is using third party services, exclusively form Contracted firms and entities.

2. Subject of the Contract

The subject of these Terms is the provision of services offered by the Seller on the website, which the Buyer orders and pays for via the online form and selected payment methods.

3. Acceptance of Terms and Order

By accepting these Terms and submitting an order through the website, the Buyer makes a binding offer to conclude a service provision contract.
This confirmation on the website is considered a formal order.
The contract is considered concluded at the moment the Seller confirms the order by email or when the Buyer makes a payment via PayPal or invoice, whichever occurs first.

4. Payment Methods

The Buyer can make a payment via invoice (bank transfer) or PayPal system.
Payment via invoice must be made according to the instructions and within the agreed deadlines.
Payment via PayPal is considered fulfillment of the Buyer’s obligation.

5. Issuing Invoice

The Seller is obligated to issue a correct invoice in accordance with applicable laws.
Invoices can be issued electronically via the PayPal system or in a traditional manner, depending on the Buyer’s preference.

6. Cancellation and Refund

The conditions for order cancellation and refund depend on the nature and status of the service.
Deadlines and conditions for cancellations and refunds will be clearly stated during the ordering process or within the confirmation.

7. Data Protection

The Seller processes the Buyer’s personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and GDPR.
Data are used solely for the execution of the order and related communication. 

8. Liability

The Seller shall not be liable for damages resulting from improper use of the service or circumstances beyond its control, including technical issues or payment delays.

9. Support

The Buyer has the right to support regarding services, invoices, and orders via the contact details provided on the website.

10. Final Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Seller and the Buyer.
Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent court in [place].
The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms, and Buyers will be timely notified.
