The highest prices are in the central analytic area, where last year’s median was €3,280 per square meter. Prices in the center ranged from €2,000 for unrenovated and poorly maintained old apartments to €6,500 per square meter, which was the price of two apartments of about 100 square meters in Villa Urbana. Most apartments were sold at prices from €2,700 to €3,800 per square meter.
Apartment prices were slightly lower in the areas of Viško polje, Brdo, and Vrhovec (€3,230), where mostly newer and above-average apartments were sold. There were no significant price differences in other parts of Ljubljana between used apartments. The price range was large, but on average, they were about 10 percent below the apartment prices in the center. Most apartments were sold at prices from €2,500 to €3,500 per square meter.
Prices of new apartments ranged from the highest in the center (€6,800) and villas in Vič (up to €6,000) to the lowest in Šiška, Črnuče, and Sostro (€2,800). The average price of a new apartment in Ljubljana last year was €3,200 per square meter including tax, but without garages or parking spaces.
