We are working on new project, this time farming. The project involves establishing and developing a family farm with cattle, pigs, sheep, and donkeys, a modern cheese dairy for cheese production and maturation, a prosciutto production facility for traditional cured meat products, and a unit for producing and distributing high-quality donkey milk for food and cosmetic uses. The goal is to create an integrated production and processing system focusing on quality, animal welfare, and innovation.

Key Production Elements

• Livestock breeding: cattle, pigs, sheep, and donkeys according to modern ecological standards

• Cheese dairy: milk processing into semi-hard and hard cheeses with specialized maturation facilities

• Prosciutto plant: production of prosciutto and other cured meat products with controlled microclimate and hygiene

• Donkey milk production: manual or semi-automatic milking, cooling, packaging, and distribution for food and cosmetics

Financial Model and Five-Year Projection

Initial investment is estimated at approximately EUR 400,000, including funds for donkey milk production. The project is financially viable with positive EBITDA from the second year onward.
